APPLICATION

APPLY FOR SPEAKER ISLAND

Complete the official intake below to be considered for one of the twelve seats.

Nobody has seen the story.

You've built the business. Years of experience, and your best proof lives in your head and a feed nobody watches. Speaker Island fixes that in JUST TWO DAYS. You leave with a keynote, your own featured episode, and 30 clips that keep selling after you go home.

The Experience

  • Day One: Craft your story and work the room.

A master speaker coach pulls your story apart and rebuilds it into a keynote. You cut everything that doesn't land and keep the one line people repeat.

Then a cocktail hour with twelve founders, cameras rolling. The people at this table have built something real.

  • Day Two: Deliver it on camera.

You step onto a professional multi-camera set with broadcast audio. A director runs every take until you own it.

A speaker being interviewed on a studio set with a Speaker Island screen behind

What You Leave With

  • World-class training with a professional speaking coach for on-camera and stage performance

  • Your signature keynote, written and rehearsed

  • Your own featured episode

  • 30 short-form clips cut from your session

  • A sizzle reel built for event organizers

  • The Speaker Playbook, with a plan to monetize your keynote

What That Means For You

  • Walk into sales calls pre-sold.

Send your episode before the call. The prospects who watch it show up having seen you teach for twenty minutes, and you skip the part where you prove yourself.

  • Justify a higher price.

Buyers pay more for the person they see as the authority. A filmed keynote puts you in that seat before you name a number.

  • Give event organizers a reason to say yes.

Organizers book speakers they've watched speak. Your sizzle reel answers that before they ask.

  • Fill 90 days of content in two days.

Thirty clips covers one post every three days for three months. You stop staring at a blank screen.

  • Say what you do in one sentence.

You test your line in a room of twelve and leave with the version people repeat back to you.

  • Leave with eleven referral sources.

Every founder in that room watched you deliver. They know who to send your way.

The Problem in the Market

Why We Created Speaker Island

Most experts have already tried one of the three paths below. Each one promises authority and delivers a fraction of it. Speaker Island was built to close that gap in a single weekend.

Traditional Masterminds
  • High Theory, Zero Execution

Lots of networking and abstract advice, but you leave with no tangible assets, just notes.

  • No Built-in Authority

Networking only within the room, no broadcast distribution or earned national media coverage.

PR & Typical Agencies
  • Transactional Placements

One-off press articles or podcast spots without a core signature talk or long-term narrative.

  • Disconnected Monetization

Gets reach without engineering direct backend revenue streams or high-ticket leads.

TV Production
  • Extravagant Costs & Time

Massive budgets and multi-month shoots that don't focus on founder strategy.

  • No Keynote Training

They film content, but won't excavate your story or train your stage delivery.

The complete solution

Build the story, deliver it, and leave with the assets.

  • Complete Asset Built in 2 Days

A world-class keynote trained and a high-end documentary filmed in a single weekend intensive.

  • Distribution to Major Streaming Platforms & International Press

A polished featured episode and press-ready assets designed to expand your authority beyond the room.

  • Engineered Revenue Streams

We give you the backend systems to convert authority into high-value clients and revenue.

Your Episode

Twelve founders. Twelve episodes.

Every founder gets an individual episode about their own story, filmed across both days and edited by our team.

Part 1: What’s in your episode

A founder arriving at the villa and meeting the host on camera
01

The Arrival

You walk up to the villa and meet the host on camera. After your sit-down, the host records an honest first read on you. Viewers get a sense of who you are before your story begins.

02

The Story

You sit down one-on-one with the host, who draws out the stakes behind your business. Viewers see the person behind the pitch and why your work matters.

03

The Room

Your hot seat in the intensive shows you doing the work while the other founders pressure-test your talk. Moments from the cocktail hour show you among peers, where your new relationships begin.

04

The Chair

You deliver your full keynote on a multi-camera set with broadcast lighting and audio. It runs 8 to 10 minutes, the longest part of your episode. The first three parts give viewers the context to feel it land.

Part 2: How it rolls out

Before the weekend

  • A press release announces you to 300+ major media outlets
  • You record a podcast episode with Project ICON
  • Social posts announce your seat

The weekend

  • Day one: the intensive and the evening at the villa
  • Day two: filming in the studio

After the weekend

  • Your episode releases as a numbered episode, submitted to major streaming platforms
  • You receive 30 clips and a sizzle reel
  • The Opportunity Engine runs for twelve months
